CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009-25 <br />December 15, 2009 <br />WHEREAS, the Country Lounge has applied for renewal of their On -Sale and Special <br />Sunday On -Sale Liquor Licenses for the period 1/1/09 thru 1/1/10, and, <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in prior years in the City of Gem <br />Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 2008, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City. of Gem Lake, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale Liquor License and the <br />Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 2009 thru 01 January <br />2010 <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member and was <br />supported by Council Member and was declared adopted based <br />upon the following vote. <br />Name <br />Uzpen . <br />Watson <br />Lindner <br />Rasmussen <br />Artig-Swomley. <br />Vote <br />Attest <br />I, William F.
