Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 7:O1 p.m. in <br />the Gem Lake City Hall conference room. <br />The following members were. present: Chairman Craig Rafferty, Planning <br />Commission members Beth Herzog, and Dan Marier. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES <br />Planning Commission Agenda: Chairman Rafferty asked for any changes, <br />deletions or added agenda items. None was given, so proceeded to move <br />forward with the meeting. <br />Planning Commission Minutes: Chairman Rafferty called to approve the. <br />January Planning Commission meeting minutes. The January Planning. <br />Commission minutes were discussed and upon motion by Commissioner Herzog <br />and seconded by Commissioner Marier. The January minutes were approved. <br />Ayes — 3, Nays — 0. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Conditional Use Permit: Modification of 4 Seasons Auto was discussed. <br />Denny from the used car sales was there to discuss that he moved his office to a <br />different location on the site. The condition was one auto per parking space, no <br />parking on the street and no should be displayed for sale. Drop off on the side of <br />the building and operating hours will be 6 a.m. through 10 p.m. Monday through <br />Saturday. With approval from the City Council it will be amended to be the <br />shifting location of the office change with four to six cars parked in front. Per the <br />State of Minnesota he would need a zoning approval as the actual address will <br />change with seven parking spots up front and four parking spots on the side of <br />the building by the office. All car inventories will be in the back of the building <br />and he will pull the car around for the customer to view: Questions were asked. <br />by the Planning Commission and Chairman Rafferty stated that Tom Reside from <br />the White.
