Gem Lake City Council Meeting <br />Page .4 of 6: <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Rasmussen, the <br />motion was made to table Ordinance Number 122 until the July City Council meeting. <br />Ayes-3, Nays-2. <br />OPEN 1TEMS FROM. THE CITY COUNCIL <br />Councilmember Lindner informed the City Council that he completed the MS4 Report <br />and the form was different this year. Section on the Minimal Control, Number three, <br />Item ID — "Have you established an Ordinance or other regulatory mechanism to prohibit. <br />illicit discharges and/or non -storm water discharges from entering the MS4." <br />Councilmember Lindner put yes for an answer on that. After speaking to Justin Gese <br />from SEH, he felt the City has something relating to that and will check on it. Attorney <br />Oliver stated that Gem Lake has a storm water section in the zoning ordinance. <br />Councilmember Lindner stated that Nelson -Marine had an oil leak, reported that was <br />cleaned up. <br />Councilmember Rasmussen and Planning Chairperson Kuny both had conversations <br />with Brian about debris and garbage on his property and how he wanted to hire to clean <br />up the area. They went to look at the debris and decided to wait until fall when there is <br />less foliage in that area. <br />Councilmember Artig-Sworriley reported that her solar panels are now working through <br />XCeI. <br />PRESENTATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />FUTURE COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />Workshop Meeting: July 11, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. <br />City Council Meeting: July 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. <br />ADJOURN <br />The June 21, 2011 regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 8:45 p.m. Upon <br />motion by Councilmember Rasmussen, and seconded by Councilmember Artig- <br />Swomley, the City Council meeting was adjourned.
