Attorney Oliver will look into it. No decisions were made. <br />Mayor Uzpen needs bids for plowing this winter. He asked for a bid from the White Bear <br />Township and from White Bear Lake. Schifsky is the only bid received at this point. Each <br />municipality made it clear that their own areas would be plowed first. <br />Mayor Uzpen stated the heating system at City Hall needs to be replaced. It was suggested to <br />also install a water heater at the same time. The price would be $7,000. The warranty on the <br />heating system was for one year.
