City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2011 -- 1.6 <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2012. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Zoning Compliance Permit fee will be S100.00 per hour <br />with a minimum fee of S 1.00.00 to become affective 1/1/2012. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the .December 20th, 2011 regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Council Member and seconded by Council Member <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken bytbe City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk Date <br />
