City of Gem Lake <br />Resolution NO. 2011-17 <br />20 December 2011. <br />A. RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN FUND FOR 2011 <br />Whereas, The City of Gem Lake included certain operating transfers in the 2011 budget, and <br />Whereas, it was determined that additional funds would be available from the projected 2011 <br />budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake hereby <br />authorize the following operating transfers: <br />Fund Transfer In Transfer Out <br />401— improvement Fund <br />Road Improvements $40,000.00 <br />EAB Treatment/Prevention $10,000.00 <br />Building Improvement/Replacement $20,000.00 <br />100 — General Fund $70,000.00. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor and supported by <br />Councilor and was declared adopted based upon the following vote: <br />Name. <br />Vote <br />Uzpen <br />Lindner <br />Rasmussen <br />Bosak <br />Artig-Swomley <br />ATTEST <br />I, Bill Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is .a true and accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City .of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />Bill Short, City Clerk Date. <br />
