Gem Lake Planning Commiissioi Minutes <br />Paget of 3 <br />plan. The new garage will be 1,000 square feet versus 1,700 square feet of the <br />old garage. Also the gas tank will be removed. The old garage was a four stall <br />garage with dormers and went deep in back. The new garage will be down -sized <br />from the original garage. <br />Public. Hearing started at 7:14 p.m. <br />No discussion from the public. <br />Public Hearing closed at 7:16 p.m, <br />Upon motion by Commissioner VVippich and seconded by Commissioner Herzog, <br />the Special Use Permit was approved. Ayes — 4, Nays — 0. The Planning <br />Commission will forward the Special Use.
