Not all permits have been <br />obtained by Tousley for the Tousley hook-up. Nor has any agreement <br />been made with Tousley as to the amount of connection charge that <br />Tousley will have to pay in lieu of the assessment which would have <br />been spread had Tousley's land been in Vadnais Heights. Our <br />ordinance prohibits connection to municipal water until that <br />connection charge has been paid. Enclosed is a copy of Section <br />55.240(2) of the City Code. <br />I am sending a copy of this to Dick Hiniker, Tousley's <br />attorney, as most of this would Pertain to his client rather than <br />Gem Lake. T will get back to both of you after Vadnais Heights <br />calculates the various amounts due from Tousley to Vadnais Heights. <br />To complete these calculations we will need from Tousley its site <br />plan showing the confines of the property (to determine both total <br />
