City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 — 18 <br />November 16, 2011 <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2011, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lakes 2010 fee schedule will expire on 12/31/2010, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached fee schedule will become affective 11112011. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 16, 2010 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley. <br />ATTEST <br />1, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />illiam Short, City Clerk Date <br />
