City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No.2010 —19 <br />November 16, 2010 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE <br />FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, the individuals, municipalities and or companies identified have agreed to <br />serve in the appointed positions identified for the period 01 January 2011 to 31 December <br />2011 or until replaced by another in an updated resolution. <br />Appointed City Officials and other appointed companies to represent the City <br />Heating and Air Conditioning Service - Corporate Mechanical <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by Council <br />member Lindner and was duly seconded by Council member Bosak and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of votes in favor of the resolution <br />and against. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of Gem Lake, on November 16, 2011 <br />mm <br />Robert Uzpen, Ma or <br />ATTEST: <br />William F.
