Legal Services <br />General Fund <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: <br />All legal services are currently contracted with a private legal firm. Activities included are the <br />issuance of legal opinions, preparation of ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and agreements, and the <br />conduct of civil litigation. <br />GOALS: <br />1.
