Of this, $621,896 represents the investment in capital assets, leaving unrestricted net position of <br />($80,023). <br />Operating revenue in the Water Fund decreased $19,808 from the prior year. The decrease is due to a <br />decrease in consumption in the current year. <br />Water Fund operating expenses for 2024 decreased $13,112 from the previous year. <br />-13- <br />
