Of this, $540,085 represents the investment in capital assets, leaving <br />unrestricted net position of $570,915. <br />Operating revenue in the Sewer Fund increased $22,048 from the prior year, due to increased sewer <br />access fees in the current year. <br />Sewer Fund operating expenses for 2024 increased $17,583 from the previous year. The increase is due to <br />an increase in Metropolitan Council Environmental Services charges in the current year. <br />BEII <br />
