Council will have a discussion at the January, 2021, City Council meeting to decide how to charge liquor licenses for the 2021 year, due to COVID restrictions. A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Amlee to support Resolution 2020- 0018, tabling this item until January, 2021. Resolution 2020-0019 – Gem Lake Hills, LLC, Liquor License A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to support Resolution 2020-0019, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, liquor license. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes, motion passes. Resolution 2020-0023 Mutual Aid Agreement A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to support Resolution 2020-0023, Mutual Aid Agreement. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes, motion passes. Resolution 2020-0024 Country Lounge – Charitable Gambling and Tobacco License A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to support Resolution 2020-0024, Councilmember Amlee recused herself. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes (except Commissioner Amlee), and motion passes. Metro Net Joint Powers Agreement A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to approve the Metro Net Joint Powers Agreement. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes, motion passes. Resolution 2020-0025 Ramsey County GIS Users Group JPA A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to support Resolution 2020-0025, Ramsey County GIS Users Group JPA. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes, motion passes. Approval of 2021 City of Gem Lake Fee Schedule A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to approve the 2021 Fee Schedule for the City of Gem Lake. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes, motion passes. 2020 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Condition Assessment – Justin Gese, S.E.H. City Engineer Justin Gese provided an overview of the city manhole conditions. Overall good, an assessment should take place every ten years. A report is on file at the Gem Lake City office. Scheuneman Road Elevation Survey and Hydraulic Analysis – Justin Gese, S.E.H. City engineer provided an overview of the Scheuneman Road Elevation and Hydraulic Analysis. The project is anticipated to need a larger effort and S.E.H. will present a revised proposal at the January, 2021, City Council meeting.
