City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes December 15, 2020 Page 3 <br /> <br />Developers Agreement - Gem Lake Villas – Justin Gese S.E.H. <br />A few items are left on the punch list, road was signed off on. <br /> <br />Approval of 2021 Score Agreement <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the <br />SCORE Agreement with Ramsey County. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes. Motion passes. <br /> <br />Claims <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the <br />claims for December, 2020. A voice vote was taken, all voted yes. Motion passes. <br /> <br />Monthly Financials <br />Approved <br /> <br />Presentations from Public <br />Ben Johnson – COVID relief. <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />January meeting, conflict of interest document, open meeting laws, goals for 2021, development guide <br />from Ramsey County related to county roads.
