Fee schedule approved. <br /> <br />Liquor License Approval <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />the liquor licenses for Black Sea Restaurant, Café Cravings, County Lounge and Gem Lake Hills Golf <br />Course. Motion passed. Liquor licenses approved. <br /> <br />Claims for January, 2017 <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />the claims for January, 2017. Motion passed. Claims approved. <br /> <br />Monthly Financial Reports <br />Approved. <br /> <br />Comp Plan Update <br />Council discussed progress on the comp plan.
