Motion passed. Claims approved. <br /> <br />Monthly Financial Reports <br />Approved. <br /> <br />Open Items for the Councilmembers <br />City Engineer, question about city maintenance in regard to the Landmark development, Scheuneman <br />Road, no sewer as part of the project, waiting on appraisers report, two proposals, redo road or <br />resurface and repatch.
