City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes, May 19, 2015 Page 1 <br /> <br />City of Gem Lake City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, May 19, 2015, 7:00 p.m. <br />Gem Lake City Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, Gem Lake Minnesota <br /> <br />Mayor Uzpen called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, Bosak, <br />Kuny and Lindner were present. Others in attendance: Nick Anhut, Ehlers and Associates, <br />Inc.; Justin Gese, S.E.H; Gina Fiorini, Kennedy & Graven; Tom Kelly, City Treasurer; Chad <br />Lemmons, City Attorney; Janna Severance, Presbyterian Homes; Paul Emeott, resident; Carl <br />Bille, Rachel Darling, Shannon Lucey and Kevin Towner, student observers. <br /> <br />May 19, 2015, Agenda <br /> <br />Upon motion made by Councilmember Jim Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig- <br />Swomley, Agenda approved by 5-0 vote. <br /> <br />Minutes, April 21, 2015 <br /> <br />Upon motion by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Lindner, the <br />minutes from the April 21, 2015, city council meeting were approved with no changes. Motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />Committee Reports <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Old Business <br /> <br />Newsletter ideas <br /> <br />New resident in Hillary Farms whose home is going to be in the Luxury Home Tour later this <br />year, public hearing – June 16, 2015, Water in the business district, road maintenance update, <br />road closing update – Councilmember Lindner to write, new resident on Goose Lake road. <br /> <br />S.E.H. Presentation Final Water Feasibility Report <br /> <br />Justin Gese from S.E.H. presented the final water feasibility report. The final report includes <br />revisions to add water to both sides, costs increases and preliminary assessment costs. The <br />project is still on track for completion by the end of 2015. <br />
