<br />City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes – Tuesday, July 21, 2015 Page 1 <br /> <br />City of Gem Lake City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, July 21, 2015, 7:00 p.m. <br />Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, Gem Lake <br /> <br />Mayor Uzpen called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, Bosak, <br />Kuny and Lindner were present. Others in attendance: City Engineer Justin Gese, City <br />Attorney Patrick Kelly, City Finance Director Tom Kelly, members of the community and <br />business district, Sally Ackerman, SGS Holdings; Giogi Gochitashvili, SGS Holdings; Jim <br />Johanning, Peter and Deb Oswald and Shawn Pehrson. <br /> <br />July 21, 2015, Agenda <br /> <br />Resolution 2015-12 and the public hearing was removed from the Agenda. A motion was made <br />by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve the <br />modified agenda. Motion passed. <br /> <br />City Council Meeting Minutes, <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Linder to <br />accept the minutes from the June 16, 2015, City Council meeting minutes. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Committee Report <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Old Business <br />Newsletter – Update on the water project, seal coating, new resident at Hillary Farm, recycling <br />report. <br />New Business <br /> <br />Justin Gese of S.E.H. presented a brief summary of the modified feasibility report. A motion <br />was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to accept <br />the modified feasibility report and order S.E.H. to hold an improvement hearing on August 13, <br />2015. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Claims for July, 2015 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to <br />accept the claims for July, 2015. Motion passed.
