<br />City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes – Tuesday, July 21, 2015 Page 2 <br /> <br />Presentations from the Public <br /> <br />Shawn Pehrson, 4140 Otter Lake Road, failed septic system, addressed the city council with <br />questions about hooking up the Scheuneman Road sewer. Discussion took place, council <br />advised Mr. Pehrson to consult with his neighbors in regard to petition the city for city sewer <br />for Otter Lake Road. <br /> <br />Sally Ackerman, and Giogi Gochitashvilit, SGS Holdings, clarification on non-conforming <br />use/interim use and their business licenses for 1581 County Road E. <br /> <br />James Johanning, 3880 Scheuneman Road, hook up to city sewer by December 31, 2015. <br />Discussion ensued regarding Mr. Johanning purchase of his property in November, 2013, and <br />his not being aware that he had to connect to the city sewer by December 31, 2015. Mr. <br />Johanning wishes to request an extension but no time frame was discussed. Council advised <br />Mr. Johanning based on these unique circumstances to come back to the City Council before <br />December 31, 2015, with more information on costs/extension time frame. <br /> <br />Open Items for the Councilmembers <br /> <br />A brief discussion took place about a deer bow hunt scheduled for this fall, more discussion will <br />take place at the August 18th, City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Being there no other business a motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by <br />Councilmember Bosak to close the meeting at 8:29 p.m. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, Gloria Tessier <br /> <br />
