City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes, Tuesday, September 15, 2015 Page 3 <br /> <br />3775 Big Fox Road – Raleigh Birkebak/3880 Big Fox Road – Tim and Sherren Heil <br />After a brief discussion, with clarification as to the Kunin’s signature, Councilmember Bosak made a <br />motion, seconded by Councilmember Lindner to approve the permit with the following conditions in <br />addition to the additional requirements set forth in the application permit; <br />1. All shots are within thirty yards; <br />2. Field dressing would be totally clean, no animal by-products will be left on the ground/in the <br />area; deer would be removed via a two wheel cart; <br />3. Mr. /Mrs. Heil/Birkebak would update the Council via email as to the status of hunt proceeds for <br />the November 17th, City Council meeting. <br />4. Neighbors would be kept abreast via email/verbal communication with hunting information. <br />Motion passed. Permit approved. <br />October 13th, workshop <br />Moved. Noted Councilmember Artig-Swomley would not be able to attend. <br />Claims <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve the <br />claims for September, 2015. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Presentations from the Public <br />None <br /> <br />Additional items from City Council <br /> <br />Councilmembers briefly discussed the deer permitting process and refinements of the application. <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley would draft recommendations. Agreed that the application should be <br />submitted seven days prior to the City Council meeting. <br /> <br />October 12, 2015, City workshop – cancelled. Moved to October 13th,.
