City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes, Tuesday, October 20, 2015 Page 3 <br /> <br />Claims for October, 2015 <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />the claims for October, 2015. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Development Discussion – next steps <br />Kevin Watson, City Administrator, City of Vadnais Heights is currently out of the office on a paternity <br />leave. When Mr. Watson gets back he will contact Mayor Uzpen.
