D. Crime Prevention Programs such as neighborhood watch; as well as <br />other business. and residential crime prevention programs; <br />E. Criminal investigative and criineslab-services; <br />F. Vol low -up on reported crimes with persons who reported the crime <br />including routine notification by telephone:or mail. as to the status of <br />the investigation; <br />G. Responses to medical, fire,. and other emergencies; <br />11. Dispatching and other necessary communication services; <br />1. Coordination of Volunteer Program such as the: Community Affairs <br />Officer and. Reserve Programs; <br />J.*. Ddver's license inspections, background .checks -arid license <br />ehRircement services as called for. under applicable statd law and <br />ordinances of the MUNICIPALITY; <br />K. .special event traffic patrol -and patrol services for community <br />*festivals or pthi r special events; and <br />L. Attendanee*at Public Safety or City Council meetings as requested by <br />the MUNICIPALITY. <br />?. The COUNTY and MUNICIPALITY may prepatt* Plan of Service which <br />veil] . be. reviewed -annually and agreed upon by the COUNTY and <br />MUNICIPALITY. <br />3. The manner and standards of performance, the discipline of officers, and <br />.other matters incident .to the provision of services under this Agreement, and <br />.tlie bontrol of personnel. so employed; shall. be stibjebt-solely to the control of <br />the COUNTY; In the event of a dispute between the -parties as. to the extezit <br />of the duties and functions to be rendered hereunder, or the level Or manner <br />ofperformance of such service, the determinatign. thereofma le by -the Sheriff <br />of'the COUNTY shall be .final atid-eanelusive-as between the.parties heretp, <br />subject however, to the provisions.of Section VA herein. <br />4. In the event the MUNICIPALITY; through its elected body or authox-ized <br />agent, notifies the COUNTY that -it is dissatisfied with the aissignmeht of <br />personnel. for the perforinancc ofservices under this Agreement and requests <br />.a change in personnel, the COUNTY shall make every effort to effect a <br />change imthe assignment of personnel, provided that such. a. change does not <br />jeopardize the --ability of the COUNTY to provide services to other areas of <br />Ramsey County ilea tiiuely and efficient manner. <br />.5: The COUNTY' S contractual obligations under this Agreement- ao not lessen <br />the COUNTY'S obligation to. provide patrol and police proteciion.seryiees <br />to Bellaire.'Beach, area lakes, Ramsey Couti y- open space areas:, and regional <br />-park areas owned or operated by Ramsey County mid all other areas under <br />COUNTY jurisdiction located within* the political *boundaries of ' the <br />MUNICIPALITY.
