CITY OF GEM.LAIKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2001-13 <br />2.1 May 2001 <br />WREEtEAS, ifle City of Gem Lake maintains -a Sat Deposit Bok at Premier bank in White Bear Lake *for the safe keeping of <br />investment and other valuable documents. and <br />W'HERZAS,'regular or periodic access to said Safe Deposit box is necessary by key -City Officials. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that; until written ;totj;e to the con"ry is given by the City Council of the City of <br />Gem I.ake.to the Safe DepdMl Departnitnt of the Premier Bank, access to Safe Deposit.Boxes (hercin:oalled safes) standing in <br />the name of the City ol` Gem Lake -in the vaultsof the. above named bank shall be had by the following:. ])..Paul R. E meolt as <br />Mayor, and ?}.Frederic C. Magnuson as City Clerk; and 3.) Sarah B.
