Ordinance Na. 44 as regulations are rat in keeping with current <br />standards -and requirements of the Fire Marshal and. the State of Minnesota; and <br />1?YHC1iEA8, a replacement ordinance should be drafted that more .closely complies with ttte..Gem. I.al:e Comprehensive <br />Municipal flan, Fire -Marshall and State of Minnesota rules; and <br />WHEREAS; the City Clerk in conjunction with the Fire Marshal and City Attorney have drafted a new (Proposed) Qrdinance <br />No 77 that more closely reflects the Comprehensive Municipal Plan and. State of Minnesota rules; and <br />WHERF,.AS; the t?laitning Cotftmission has reviewed the proposed ordinance and held apublic (searing regarding the matter, said <br />hearing having been duly published and all Affected land owners properly notified and considered the input..of the public in it's <br />tccommendatiom and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in its role as advisory body to the City Council has trade a recommendation that <br />(Proposed) OrdihinceTlo. 77, Droft "i='' be adopted as Gem Lake City Ordinance No.-77. <br />NOW "I H EREmRE BE'1T RESOLVED, that the City :CounciI ofthe Cityof Gem Lake approves adoption of Ordinance No. <br />77 as presentees by the Planning Commission; and <br />BE it FURTijkiR kE-SQLVED that the requirements of.Ordinnnce No. 77 be matte effective the dato'ofpublication in.the. <br />Ory`s oflic al publication; and <br />"17 a foregoing.
