JuAe 2001 <br />LMotion by lgo; Second by :Birkebak to approve this Resolution No..2001-18 granting approval of the final plat for Blue <br />Spruce Estates (the "Plat") together with a 1.7.50 foot variance for Lot3, Block 1 ofthe Plat and a 14.30 variance for Lot 4, Block. <br />1 ofthe Plat, both being from the minimum 104 foot frontage on a road requirement set forth in Section 9.5 of the City'$ Ordinance <br />\r.). 431 with the condition that no building:permits shall. be issued for any work Within the PIat beyond preliin:inary grading until <br />e.,ch of the following conditions are met: <br />1. That the Plat shall be subjectto.a Declaration.ofEasements, Covenants, Conditions -and Restrictions"tn form and <br />substance satisfactory to and approved by the City Attorney which shall. be fled for. record with the County <br />Recorder of Ramsey County,.Minnesota (the "Declaration"). The ]declaration shallinclude language declaring that <br />the westerly boundary fines of Lots I and 6 of the Plat delineate -the front yards for:said Lot 'for purposes of all <br />City Ordinances. <br />I That a Developer's Agreement. between the.
