CITY ORGEALAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2001-28 <br />17 December: 2001 <br />WHEREAS, The Country L+?unge itas applied far renewal of a. Retail Tobacco Products RcseIlers 4i4ense for the period .QI <br />January 2002 through 31 December 2002;.and <br />WHEREAS -said applicanthas reev similarly licensed in prior year's in the .City of Gem Lake;-nnd <br />WHEREAS; said applicant has operated the establishment With-hq incidents 4uriiig.2001*; and <br />WHEREAS., the State Of Minnesota has enacted legislation, reference Chapter 227 / HT4 117. requiring local. units of <br />government to establish.or update local ordinances regulating retail tobacco sales and providing for compliance. checks, ti,e cost <br />of which shall be born by the licensee;. and <br />`WHEREAS, the City Council has established a Tobacco Compliance Ordinance which became effective 28 February 1098. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the. City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby approve renewal of a <br />RETAIL Ti >$ * tC0rPFWDVCTS RESELLERS LICENSE to The Country Lounge for the. period 0.1 January 2002:through 31 <br />December 2002; and <br />BRJT FURTHER.
