Permit to altos~ auto repair as. a permitted special use in the northern:portion.of their building at County Road E and 5cheuneman Road in Gem Lake; -and WHERFAS,all primary capital equipment present inthe. space to be rented for said permitted special.use was originally used. by Hoffman Corner OillIs previous owners as a permittedaccessory use .in conjunction with their auto parts business; and. WH EREAS,:a. current tetlant wishes to perpetuate auto repair as a.stand alone business. NOW THEIIEFOPE BE.1t *RE9OLVED,.that the City Council of the City of Gem :Lake does, by means of this Resolution No. ?00°i-32;. approve issuanee of a Special Use Permit for Singh.Enterprises, d/b/a HCO-Hoffman Corner Oil, subject to the I:ollowirig conditions: I) lnclusiorr of an appropriate. number of handicap parking spaces in: th6 overall parking plan in accordance.with state law.; an21 2) Compliance of all. tenants engaged ir1 the .Special Use with all :cite ordinances, indluding those related to junk vehicles; screening; and signare; and. 3) Singh Enterprises compliance with Section 15.
