CITY OF GEM L A:KE <br />RESOLUTION N0..2001-i31 <br />17 DECEMBER 2001 <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has. presented a (Proposed). -Budget and (Proposed) Tax Levy for fiscal year-2002 based upon -best <br />estimates of costs for running the City of Gem Lake in'2092;-artd <br />WHEREAS; these estimates-wer*reviewed by die City Council in.August, 20U1, amended based upon best information received <br />from outside contractors, and revised .in. December,2001; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did review the (Proposed) -budget and Tax Levy for 2002, including%all revisions thereto as of <br />toe #ate first written. <br />NOW THCREF ftV, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City C.6joncil of the City of Gem Lake does, by means of this Resolution <br />No. 2001-31, formally adopt. the 2002 General Fund $uoget of '$109,055 and the 2002 Net Tax Levy of$.I23,000 Oreplired by <br />the: City Clerk; and <br />.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the. City-Cteek is charged With Certifying: said Tax Levy*toAamsey County. Property <br />Taxation and other government bodies for whorit this information is required; and <br />BE 1 r FURTHER RIrSOLVED. that the City.
