City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2016 — 02 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WHITE BEAR LAKE EMERGENCY <br />FOOD SHELF. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to White Bear Lake <br />Emergency Food Shelf the amount of $750.00. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the February 16th, 2016 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Bosak. <br />E-100*111 <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />I OU1 & ,1. 441to <br />iilli'am Short, City Clerk Date <br />
