City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2016 — 03 <br />A RESOLUTION CREATING A NEW POLICY FOR PROCESSING <br />DEVELOPMENT/REDEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake receives applications from developers, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that effective immediately the policy for The City of Gem Lake <br />shall be that the application shall not be considered complete until all government and <br />non -government agency/consultants have submitted their reports. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the February 16th, 2016, regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Council Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley. <br />I V114.111 <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />M?k� 6° 117.
