City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2016 — 05 <br />A RESOLUTION TO REPLOT 1401 AND 1433 GOOSE LAKE ROAD IN THE CITY <br />OF GEM LAKE MINNESOTA 55110. <br />WHEREAS, The property owner at 1433 purchased the property at 1401 Goose Lake Rd. <br />WHEREAS, The property owner wishes to create new plots for 1401 and 1433 Goose Lake <br />Road in the City of Gem Lake. 1401 had 4 acres associated with the property, 2 acres will stay <br />with the 1401 address and the remaining 2 acres will be added to 1433 Goose Lake Road. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that effective immediately the replotting is approved. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the March 15th, 2016 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner with a vote of <br />5 yes and 0 no. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />4/4/'k. <br />Date <br />
