Gem Lake, MN 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2015-09 <br />16 June 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDER <br />IMPROVEMENT PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATION FOR <br />CITY WATER IN THE HOFFMAN/SCHEUNEMAN/COUNTY ROAD E AREAS <br />IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />WHEREAS, The feasibility report to bring city water to the <br />Hoffman/Scheuneman/County Road E area for the City of Gem Lake has been approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake hereby orders the improvements in the feasibility report and requests that S.E.H. <br />prepare plans and specifications for such improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor <br />Artig-Swomley and was supported by Councilor Lindner and was declared adopted based <br />upon the following vote: <br />NAME <br />UZPEN <br />BOSAK <br />LINDNER <br />KUNY <br />ARTIG- <br />SWOMLEY <br />Vote <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Attest <br />I, WILLIAM F.
