Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council. of the, <br />City of Gem Lake, Ramsey Coupty, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Gem Lake, Minnesota was duly held at Heritage Hall, on Tuesday, June 16, 2015;-at 7:00 <br />.o'clock R.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Members Art a-Swomley, <br />Lindner, Bosak and Kuny. <br />and the following, were absent: None <br />DUAng:said meeting: Lindner' introduced the followingresolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0: 2015 - 10 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE:.AND. SgALE OF <br />SENIOR HOUSING REVENUE REFUNDING NOTES, SERIES 2015; AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE. EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING 'THERETO <br />(ST. ANDR.EW'S. VILLAGE PI,,0JEC.T) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Bosak, and after full discussion thereof and upon, vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor. thereof.
