City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2014 — 05 <br />March 18, 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOWING BLACK SEA RESTAURANT TO SELL WINE. <br />WHEREAS, the Black Sea Restaurant is located in the City of Gem Lake and such <br />restaurant desires to sell wine, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake, by this Resolution desire to approve such <br />request and acknowledges receipt of all necessary application and fees. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council hereby approves the request of the Black Sea <br />Restaurant to sell wine. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Artig-Swomley and was <br />seconded by Council Member Lindner and was declared adopted upon the following <br />vote: <br />NAME Uzpen Bosak Kuny Lindner Artig-Swomley <br />YES YES YES YES YES <br />VOTE <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />Villiam Short, City Clerk <br />Vy/4 <br />Date <br />
