City of Gem bake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2014 — 06 <br />March 18, 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM FOR DEVELOPMENT OR RE- <br />DEVELOPMENT EAST OF HIGHWAY 61. <br />WHEREAS, by resolution a development/re-development moratorium was put into place <br />in the month of December 2013 that would expire March 2014 by the City Council of <br />Gem Lake. <br />By this Resolution, the City Council hereby extends that moratorium through June 2014. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Artig-Swomley and was <br />seconded by Council Member Boxak and was declared adopted upon the following vote: <br />NAME Uzpen Bosak Kuny Lindner Artig-Swomley <br />YES YES YES YES YES <br />VOTE <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />illiam Short, City Clerk <br />A7/V/)4- <br />Date <br />
