10 <br />identified in this Agreement until such improvements are completed and accepted by the City. <br />The City shall conduct an inspection within forty-eight (48) hours of notice or request by the <br />Developer. The forty-eight (48) hour notice shall exclude weekends and holidays. <br /> <br /> (d) Easements. The Developer shall dedicate to the City, as part of the subdivision <br />and at no cost to the City, all permanent drainage and utility easements at a minimum of 10 <br />feet abutting all lot lines resulting from the subdivision of the property and the storm sewer <br />line as determined by the City. It shall be Developer's responsibility to obtain any and all <br />temporary easements as may be necessary for Developer's performance under this Agreement. <br /> <br /> (e) As-built drawings of all improvements identified in Part B shall be filed with <br />the City Engineer. Such as-built drawings shall show the date of construction and shall be <br />drawn in such a manner and on such materials to meet the standards of the City available in <br />the City engineer's office. As-built drawings must be completed and filed in the City <br />engineer's office within six (6) months of the day of the completion of such improvement. If <br />as-built drawings are not filed within the time period specified the City engineer may be <br />authorized to conduct surveys and complete the drawings and all of the costs pursuant thereto <br />shall be paid by the Developer. <br /> <br /> Estimated cost of Developer’s Improvements, the description and completion dates for Part <br />B are as follows: See Exhibit B, Part B. <br /> <br />Section 4.13. Engineering. <br /> <br />(a) The Developer shall cause to be constructed, at its cost and its own risk, the <br />Required Improvements according to City standards. All of the Grading and Drainage <br />Improvements shall be approved by the City and shall be consistent with the Final <br />Subdivision and the Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control Plans approved <br />__________________, subject to any revisions required by the City Engineer. The <br />Developer also agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions as set forth by the Ramsey- <br />Washington Metro Watershed District (RWMWD). Developer shall provide a copy of the <br />RWMWD Permit to the City prior to the commencement of construction. <br /> <br />(b) Developer or their agents or assigns, shall comply with all provisions of the <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) including but not limited to keeping the <br />public streets clear of any soil, earth or debris resulting from work done by Developer or <br />his agents or assigns. Any such materials must be promptly removed and in no event shall <br />they be present more than twenty-four (24) hours after placement. Failure to comply with <br />this provision will result in the City undertaking this work with costs to be reimbursed by <br />Developer pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br />(c) The Developer shall cause to be performed to the City Engineer's <br />satisfaction all finish grading. During this period the Developer shall prevent erosion by <br />wind and water to the pursuant to the approved Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP) and to the City Engineer's satisfaction. The Developer shall prepare an as-built <br />survey which verifies elevations of each structure constructed as each parcel is developed.
