(Figure 23) <br />2.7 One-stop Shop for <br />All Services <br />Invoice Cloud can accept payments for <br />recurring invoices, and one-off, non- <br />invoiced payments. We collect <br />payments for a variety of services <br />including: taxes, court fees, permits, licenses, and more. Each invoice type can link to its own <br />billing application, fee model, or depository bank. <br />2.7.1 Cloud Store <br />Cloud Store allows billers to accept <br />payments for non-invoiced services, such <br />as permits, licenses, membership fees, etc. <br />(Figure 24). We work with our clients to <br />define the required fields, fees, and <br />configure the data entry form. Cloud Store <br />works with our shopping cart so customers <br />can pay more than one invoice in a single <br />checkout process. <br />2.7.2 Cloud Payment <br />Cloud Payment integrates Invoice Cloud <br />with third-party systems, to accept one- <br />time non-invoiced items, like parking or <br />permit systems. IC incorporates data from <br />the third-party system and generates an <br />invoice on-the-fly. (Figure 25) Once <br />payment is complete, IC sends <br /> <br />Figure 23.
