We plan on submitting it electronically to <br />city@gemlakemn.org tomorrow and will hand deliver six physical copies to your oƯice as well. <br /> <br />Prior to doing so, we wanted to send you the draft submission to see if there is anything we are missing or <br />suggested changes you might have. <br /> <br />We also have a few outstanding questions before we submit: <br />1. Please verity that the electronic version should be send to city@gemlakemn.org <br />2. Do we need the owner’s signature on either the CUP or Special Home Occupation Permit? <br /> In lieu of her signature (in case we cannot obtain her signature in time), would it su Ưice for <br />us to include the signed purchase agreement that shows she has agreed to the sale being <br />contingent upon the City’s approval of our submission? <br />3.
