He will be sharing it <br />with the aƩorney as well to ensure that the condiƟons of your permit are licit. If there are any issues or if it is good to <br />go, he will let you know. Based on my quick review of the materials, it looks that everything has been submi Ʃed, but we <br />will let you know. Below are the answers to your quesƟons, in red. <br /> <br />1. Please verity that the electronic version should be send to city@gemlakemn.org <br /> Yes, this is correct. <br />2. Do we need the owner’s signature on either the CUP or Special Home Occupa Ɵon Permit? <br /> In lieu of her signature (in case we cannot obtain her signature in Ɵme), would it suffice for us <br />to include the signed purchase agreement that shows she has agreed to the sale being <br />conƟngent upon the City’s approval of our submission? <br /> An owner’s signature is required, please aƩempt to receive such. In the meanƟme, we will <br />speak with the aƩorney, Chad, for his opinion on the purchase agreement. <br />3.
