The event causing this <br />overnight population explosion in our city is the <br />birth of twin daughters to City Council member <br />Faith Kuny on January 10th. <br /> <br />Katherine Scarlett and Beatrice Rose weighed <br />in at 6 pounds and 6 pounds, 2 ounces <br />respectively.
