Resolution 2020-004 <br />January 21, 2020 <br />A resolution approving the 2020 Electrical Permit Fees for Tokle Inspections, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake contracts for their electrical inspections services for residential and <br />businesses properties within the City; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake electrical inspector charges a fee for said service; <br />WHEREAS, the fees for services/permits are set yearly via the City of Gem Lake fee schedule; <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake wishes to adopt Exhibit A for their electrical permit fees 2020 and <br />incorporate Exhibit A into their 2020 fee schedule under Electrical Permits; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake hereby adopts Exhibit A as their <br />electrical permit fee schedule for calendar year 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor Lindner and was <br />supported by Councilor Cacioppo and was declared adopted based upon the following vote: <br />Uzpen <br />Artig-Swomley <br />Cacioppo <br />Lindner <br />Kuny <br />Absent <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Attest <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk for the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />/ January 21, 2020 <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />
