Councilmembers Amiee, Kuny and Lindner and Mayor Artig-Swomley. Councilmember Cacioppo.was..absent (excused), RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES (AUDITOR NO. 372100020) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: 1, That pursuant to Section 4.13,21 of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is Hereby authorized and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey. County, Minnesota,. the del inquent.sewer charges on the following described. parcels of real estate. in. the. City -of Gem Lake - PROPERTY ID N.O. AMOUNT 27=30-22-42-0025 $5040.00 27-30-22-11-0031 $23716.0 27-30-22-13-o00$ $284.90 Total Delinquent Charges $5562.60 The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by council member Lindner and seconded by council member Kuny, and upon vote being taken the. resolution passed.
