6.4 Parking Tiegulations 1. In General. It is unlawful for.any person to stop, stand or.park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic.or in compliance with the specific directions of a poIice officer or traffic control device, in any of the following places, I) ❑rt a sidewalk;.
