Through discussion with the Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer, the public, and the commissioners, the:praposed. draft.ordinance has resulted in revised language on whatis and is not.a nuisance, and has revised language on enforcement.and ahatement of. nuisances based on language our Attorney has used with other communities.
