NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GEM LAKE CITY COUNCIL hereby <br />adopts Resolution No. 2023-0013 declaring a public nuisance and ordering the property owner of record <br />to abate the public nuisance conditions that now exist on the property, and to bring the property into <br />compliance with the regulations of the City Code on or before August 1, 2023. <br /> <br />FURTHERMORE, should the property owner fail to perform the work in accordance with the time <br />schedule specified in this Order, the City may abate the nuisance and assess the costs to the property. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Amlee and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: 5 <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: 0 <br /> <br />Approved this 18th day of July , 2023 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: Melissa Lawrence <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk <br />
