DISPOSAL <br />DIVISION 1. - GENERALLY <br />Sec. 52=19. - Definitions: <br />The following words, terms, avid phrases, when used in this article; shall have the meanings ascribed to <br />them 1n this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br />Commercial. establishment means any premises where. a commercial or industrial enterprise of any kind <br />Is carried on. This Includes restaurants; clubs, churches, and schools where food is prepared or served. <br />Construction debris means Waste building materials; packaging, and rubble resulting from coristruction, <br />remodeling, repair, and demolition of buildings and roads. <br />Farm waste means the by-product fromthe managed production of agricultural produce, to include <br />cropping,. raising of livestock, dairy production a'nd poultry operations. <br />Garbage means a I I putrescible wastes, excluding animal offal and carcasses. of dead animals, human <br />excreta sewage and other water -carried wastes. <br />Major appliances means clothes washers and dryers, dishwashers, hot water heaters, heat pumps, <br />furnaces, garbage disposals, trash compactors, conventional and microwave overis, ranges and stoves, air <br />Conditioners, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, water softeners, and freezers. <br />Mixed municipal solid waste (Msw) means.garbage, other refuse, and other solid waste from residential, <br />commercial; industrial, and community activities that the generator of the waste. aggregates for collection, <br />but does not include auto hulks, street sweepings, ash, construction. debris, mining wastes, sludges, tree <br />and agricultural wastes, tires, lead acid batteries, motor and vehicle fluids and filters, and other materials <br />collected; processed, and. disposed of as separate waste streams; but does include source -separated <br />compostable materials.. <br />Mixed residential dwellingmeans any building used for residential purposes consisting of more than four <br />dwelling units with individual kitchen units for each: <br />
