City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Municipal Water System <br />Ordinance No. 129 <br />This ordinance regarding requirements and funding, for municipal water services, and providing for the collections <br />of charges in the City of Gem Lake, was originally enacted by the city on October 18, 2022. The City Council has <br />made amendments to the Ordinance in keeping with changes in State law and the wishes of the community.
