Yard, Side - A yard extending along a side lot line between the front and rear yards, having a width as specified in the yard regulations <br />for the district in which such lot is located. <br />Zoning Administrator - Any person(s) duly appointed by resolution of the Gem Lake City Council for the purpose of interpreting and <br />enforcing the several local land use and development controls including, but not limited to, local controls known as the Consolidated <br />Land Use Ordinance. <br />Zoning Compliance Permit - This permit is granted after determination that all steps of the planning process are completed and <br />authorizes the commencement of the project. <br />Zoning District - An area or areas within the limits of the City for which the regulations and requirements governing use are uniform. <br />Appendix A' Gem Lake Consolidated Land Use Ordinance Definitions Updated 1011912023 Page 16 <br />
