4. Commercial - Premises for the conduct of the following activities, which are not included within <br />the meaning of "office" or "retail" for purposes of this Section: Athletic club/fitness center (when <br />primary or only use of building space); business school or trade school; veterinary clinic; funeral <br />home; hotel; recreational primary use (such as a bowling alley); cabinet and carpentry shops, <br />heating, plumbing or electrical sales and service; printing shop, upholstery shop, warehousing, <br />automobile repair, sales, and service. Conditional uses of space assigned as "commercial" are: <br />automotive repair and service (including gas stations); car wash; light industrial uses which <br />manufacture, process, store and distribute foods and materials not likely to create offensive noise, <br />odors, vibrations, dust smoke, heat, glare or other objectionable influences and are in general <br />dependent upon raw materials refined elsewhere. <br />Updated January 2025 — Gem Lake Consolidated Land Use Ordinance No. 131 33 <br />
